Our Program

  • To admit where you are, that your life is unmanageable.
  • Believe that you can become totally self-sufficient and successful as a person.
  • Make the decision to turn your life around, committing to the program, and your higher power, to accept the changes that will get you there.
  • Make an inventory of your current skills, talents, drives, desires, friends, hobbies, and time.
  • With the help of a Mentor, make an honest and detailed plan of how you will gain the skills, network, habits, schedules, and resources needed to become successful.
  • Gather the needed documents, clothes, and tools to work, as work is the key to success.
  • Employ your success plan one item at a time, removing the roadblocks to your success, while adding your empowering traits, one at a time.
  • Build your support system of professionals, friends, and relationships.
  • Pay the debts you feel you owe to your past, removing the baggage of the past that would hinder your success.
  • With the help of your support system, continue to detail your plan to success, removing the items that don’t bring you closer to your success, and adding details that will.
  • Continue to improve yourself spiritually, socially, economically, and interpersonally.
  • Having achieved self-sufficiency, and clarified the path to success, help others to get on and stay on the path to success by committing yourself to be a mentor to someone else in the program.
